HVB S.A. has been operating in the Dominican Republic for over 10 years. They currently have 240 employees, and they have constructed over 50 villas. The owner, Peter Follman has developed and constructed a gated community called "The Garden" in the hills of Sosua. HVB has also built a 29 unit apartment building with commercial space in Cabarete and has been contracted to build an oceanfront condominium building.
HVB has also built a commercial plaza in Cabarete and are currently building a 20,000 square feet luxury oceanfront villa in Sea Horse Ranch.
